With over a decade of experience in plumbing and construction leadership—including roles as a Foreman, Field Engineer, and Instructor at Northwest Arkansas Community College—Dakota combines technical expertise with a passion for developing strong partnerships and mentoring the next generation of skilled trades professionals.
